Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division seeks a caring Caregiver to provide essential support and companionship to clients with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries. You will help with daily living activities, transportation, meals, and safety, delivering compassionate care and clear communication.

Starting pay is $16.25/hour with incremental increases for 1–4 years ($0.50) and 5+ years ($1.00). Full-time and part-time roles are available, with benefits like paid training, holiday pay,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in human services or caregiving preferred.
• Valid non-probationary driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Minimum age 18.
• Successful background check clearance.
• Caring attitude and dedication to supporting others.
• Ability and willingness to safely bend and lift to assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Ensure safety and well‑being of clients.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Starting Pay

• $16.25/hour
• Additional $0.50/hour for 1–4 years of experience
• Additional $1.00/hour for 5+ years of experience

Preliminary Requirements

• Proof of non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year
• Ability to attend orientation (Tuesday–Friday, Daytime)
