Job summary

Sevita’s NeuroRestorative division is seeking caring caregivers to support individuals with brain, spinal cord, and other complex needs. You will provide essential assistance to help clients live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility support, meal prep, transportation, and companionship. A high school diploma or GED is required along with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months – 1 year of caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required.
• Valid, non-probationary driver’s license held for at least 1 year with no restrictions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting others.
• Ability to safely bend, lift, and assist individuals with mobility.

• Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.

• Use proper lifting and body mechanics to safely assist clients.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Starting Pay: $16.25/hour | Additional differentials for education & experience

• Additional $0.50/hour for 1–4 years of experience
• Additional $1.00/hour for 5+ years of experience
