REM Community Services, a Sevita company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities onsite in Iowa. Join a mission-driven team and gain a foundation in healthcare and advocacy. Starting pay is $15.25 per hour, with paid training and on-demand pay options. No experience required.

As a DSP, you’ll support daily living activities, build trusting relationships, and promote community inclusion while growing your professional skills.

Direct Support Professional (Onsite, Full-time & Part Time)

Must have had a valid driver’s license for 1 full year, without restrictions

Starting Pay: $15.25 per hour (depending on program) | On-Demand Pay | Referral Bonus Program
