Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live their best lives. You’ll build trusted relationships, support daily activities, and help participants pursue meaningful community involvement.

Sevita offers competitive pay at $18.65 per hour with on-demand pay, full medical/dental/vision, PTO, holiday pay, and a 401(k) match for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience alternative.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle access.
• Background checks must be cleared.
• Compassionate approach and commitment to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Empower individuals to achieve personal goals and participate in community activities.
• Build meaningful connections and act as mentor and advocate.
• Take initiative and contribute ideas with support from leaders.
