Job summary

Better Health Home Care Services Inc. is seeking compassionate CNAs or PCAs to join our in-home care team in Riverdale, GA. The role involves delivering personalized care to patients in their homes, helping with daily activities and ensuring comfort and safety at all times.

You will work closely with supervising nurses, follow individualized care plans, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes while maintaining a supportive, respectful environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or PCA certification in Georgia.
• Experience in home care, long-term care, or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of patient care techniques and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and progress and report to supervising nursing staff.
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning patients safely.
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in their homes.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and procedures.
