Job summary

ALWAYSNEAR HOME CARE LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. This role offers the opportunity to deliver personalized, high-quality in-home care to clients in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia CNA certification.
• Home care or clinical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to supervising staff
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
• Support meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional monitoring
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Document care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Atlanta, GA area
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
