Qualifications

• Active and valid CNA or PCA certification in GA.
• Prior home care, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Riverdale, GA area.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Assist with meals and nutritional needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Follow care plans and home care protocols.
