HomeWell Care Services GA311 is seeking compassionate CNAs and PCAs for in-home care in Alpharetta, GA. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor health needs while supporting a high quality of personalized care.

We offer training, development, and a flexible schedule with weekend and holiday options. Join our veteran-owned team focused on community service and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or PCA certification in the state of Georgia.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lift and assist clients with physical tasks.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and record clients' health and vital signs as needed.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in client conditions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Provide transportation to doctors visits, shopping, social events, and errands.
