Cascade Living Group is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with residents, assist with life skills, and implement care plans in a supportive, wellness-focused environment.

We offer part-time and on-call opportunities across day, swing, and NOC shifts. Weekend availability is required, with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time.
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management; promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company.

As a Caregiverwith Spring Valley we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.
