Looking for stability? Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for full time caregivers to work 1:1 with our clients. As a caregiver you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their quality of life at home.

If you are reliable, patient, and have great communication skills. Choose from 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts Mon- Fri and/or Weekends

Hiring Locations: Northwest Suburbs, including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Elk Grove, Des Plaines, and Park Ridge.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Driver's License, Auto Insurance and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities:

• Daily Living Activities: Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and dressing.
• Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on track with their medication schedules.
• Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare meals to meet the nutritional needs of clients.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform tasks like dusting, sweeping, and laundry to maintain a tidy living space.
• Transportation: Provide transportation to medical appointments, run errands, or accompany clients on outings.

Please note that each client is unique, and individual ADLs may vary.
