Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team. If you love helping others and delivering high-quality in-home care, we want you on our roster.

You’ll provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping, and companionship in clients’ homes, with flexible full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts.

Benefits include a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours, competitive pay $18–20/hr, and bonuses for last-minute or weekend fill-ins.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
