Salisbury Client in need of PCA care Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am-3pm

What You Will Do:

You will help implement customized care plans that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Your role involves treating clients like family and enhancing their quality of life.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care in clients’ homes
• Follow personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and social/emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, and meals
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Transport clients to appointments as needed
• Document care activities and report changes in client condition

We match caregivers with clients based on your requirements, availability, and skills, offering training for those new to caregiving or seeking to expand their skills.
