HomeWell Care Services, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one non-medical support to seniors at home. You will build trusted relationships, offer companionship, assist with daily activities, and help clients age in place with dignity.

The role emphasizes reliability, clear communication, and adherence to safety, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and career growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• CNA or HHA license preferred, or at least 6 months of full-time caregiving experience for geriatric or chronically ill clients.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance; TB test current.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and non-medical support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with light cooking, cleaning, bathing, grooming and toileting as needed.
• Support ambulation and remind about medications.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands.

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Responsibilities

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
