Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. in Sacramento, California is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. In this fulfilling role, you'll work one-on-one with seniors, enhancing their lives through companionship and support with daily activities.

Responsibilities include companionship, light cooking, assistance with personal care, and providing transportation. We're looking for reliable, caring individuals who meet specific qualifications, including communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

This position offers flexible scheduling and various benefits to support our caregivers.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.

You work individually with clients, one‑on‑one, providing a variety of non‑medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
