Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to join our team in California. You will help ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes, tailoring activities to their interests for meaningful engagement.

Requirements include being 18+, at least 1 year of caregiving, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, full vaccination or exemption, a current TB test or clear X-ray, and fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
