Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, ensuring safety and well-being for clients. You will tailor activities to each person’s interests, fostering meaningful engagement and independence in their own homes.

The role requires a driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current health clearances; training can be provided for HCA certification. Applicants should be ready to travel up to 25 miles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
