Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our in-home care team in California. If you value dignity, independence, and a person-centered approach, you’ll thrive delivering quality assistance and companionship in clients’ homes.

Requirements include HCA certification, 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, clean TB test, fingerprint clearance, and willingness to travel up to 25 miles. Flexible full- and part-time shifts available.

• Ensure the safety, health, and well‑being of clients in their homes


• Tailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagement

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18+


• 1 year of caregiving experience


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Fully vaccinated or exemption


• Current TB test or clear X-ray


• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)


• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)


• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

• $100 sign‑on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
