CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in the Potomac area. You’ll use the CareLinx app to set availability, receive matches, and document tasks while maintaining client privacy and safety.

On onboarding, you’ll join a dedicated CarePartner team to help find matches based on location and needs. This role offers flexible, part-time scheduling with per-diem opportunities and requires at least 6 months’

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
