Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring in-home caregivers in Oak Harbor, WA. This part-time, on-site role requires compassionate, reliable individuals who can use the CareLinx app to manage scheduling, tasks, and timesheets.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, and reporting changes to the care team. A CNA/HHA or equivalent certification is valued, with background checks and transportation required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience, or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide companionship.
• Complete and document care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self‑care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
