Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking in-home caregivers for Front Royal, VA. As a part-time, 1099 contractor, you set your availability via the CareLinx app and are matched with clients in their homes.

Enjoy flexible scheduling, with both recurring shifts and per-diem opportunities, while we handle client matching and logistics. You will assist with ADLs, document tasks in the app, report changes to the clinical team, and ensure privacy and dignity for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and documentation.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or changes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
