Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver to support individuals with IDD in Pittsburgh, PA 15239. This part-time overnight role offers meaningful, community-based care with a Fri/Sat 11pm–7am shift and $16/hour pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with 1+ years of driving experience.

• Support persons with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Encourage participants to engage with the community and activities.

Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - IDD Services

• Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15239
• Pay Rate: $16/hour
• Part Time Overnight shift available (Fri/Sat 11pm-7am) 16 hours
• Valid Driver's License Required (unrestricted / 1+ years)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
• Support persons who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Encourage participants to be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
