Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all everyday.

Starting pay is $15.75 per hour. You’ll help participants grow, learn and live well, building real relationships and supporting them in community activities, daily living, and goal attainment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.
