Job summary

ModivCare is seeking Caregivers for short-shift opportunities in Peabody, Beverly, Danvers, and Gloucester with immediate openings. Earn up to $22 per hour plus a new $2 travel incentive on eligible client assignments.

We value caregivers and offer paid orientation, weekly pay, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement. You must have MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification and be able to drive to clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Valid MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification required.
• Availability to work in Peabody, MA.
• Day, evening, or overnight shifts.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to client's home.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client needs and be a friendly, steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
