Job summary

Executive Homecare of Hacienda Heights is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. This role emphasizes personalized, dignified care and building real relationships with clients.

We offer flexible shifts, a range from 4-hour to 12-hour, and competitive pay of $18 to $22 per hour. Join a team that values safety, consistency, and meaningful daily contributions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required — we welcome those new to the field who have the right heart for it.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Daily Living Support: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene; Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation; Provide medication reminders and help clients stay on track with their routines.
• Nutrition & Wellness: Help plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs; Encourage proper nutrition and hydration throughout the day.
• Companionship That Matters: Engage clients in meaningful conversation and genuine companionship; Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
