Job summary

Executive Homecare of Hacienda Heights is seeking warm, dependable caregivers to support clients at home across the Arcadia area. This role emphasizes personal care, daily living assistance, and compassionate companionship to improve quality of life for clients in their own homes.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($18.00–$22.00) with flexible scheduling, a variety of shifts, and provided safety gear. Prior caregiving experience is welcome, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, HS diploma helpful.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.

• Engage clients in meaningful companionship and accompany them to appointments.

What You'll Be Doing

Personal Care & Daily Living Support

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.

Nutrition & Wellness

• Help plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Encourage proper nutrition and hydration throughout the day.

• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required - we welcome those new to the field who have the right heart for it.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate well within a team.
