Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and accompany them to appointments.
• Observe and report changes in clients' health status.
