Job summary

Executive Homecare of Hacienda Heights is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients in their homes. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, monitor well‑being, and ensure safety and dignity in every interaction.

We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay ($18–$22/hr), and opportunities to grow while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families. Previous caregiving is welcomed but not required, and CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic attitude; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and safe ambulation; monitor well-being.
• Provide medication reminders and help clients stick to routines.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Personal Care & Daily Living Support

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.

• Help plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Encourage proper nutrition and hydration throughout the day.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required — we welcome those new to the field who have the right heart for it.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate well within a team.
