Job summary

Executive Homecare of Hacienda Heights is seeking caring caregivers to support clients in their own homes. You will provide daily living assistance, personal care, meal support, and companionship, building meaningful relationships in a patient, empathetic role.

We offer flexible shifts, consistent client assignments, and PPE to help you focus on quality care. This is an in-person role with opportunities to grow as you develop trust with clients and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders and help clients stay on track with their routines.
• Help plan and prepare meals according to dietary needs; promote proper nutrition.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship; accompany to appointments and activities.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required - we welcome those new to the field who have the right heart for it.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and collaborate well within a team.
