Job summary

Modivcare is seeking caring individuals to join our team as caregivers in Parkersburg, Vienna and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, offering companionship and daily living support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for clients.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
