Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Parkersburg, WV seeks compassionate in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one support and companionship. Starting pay is $12.50 per hour with extra cash through our rewards program. Flexible full-time, part-time and weekend shifts are available to fit your schedule.

• Provide medication reminders and help maintain healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Communicate concerns and safety issues to the team as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence and respectful of client preferences.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routinesCommunicate concerns and escape safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
