Job summary

Modivcare invites compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Fayetteville, Summersville and surrounding areas in West Virginia. Earn $12.50 per hour with additional incentives through our Caregiver Rewards Program, plus weekly pay, paid orientation, and flexible schedules.

Provide one-on-one in-home care, support daily activities, and help clients stay safe and comfortable. We offer PTO, medical/dental/vision, retirement, EAP, and opportunities for career growth.

• Availability in Beckley, Oak Hill and surrounding areas.
• Weekday or weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility.
• Help with daily care such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
