Hourly Pay: $14.75 with On Demand Pay Options.

Position: Full-Time Day Position. Driver's License Required.

Shift Schedule:

• Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sun 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Mon, Tue, Wed 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Each day, you will help individuals grow, learn, and live well. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the participants. Support them in executive functions such as budgeting, dental hygiene, exercise, and nutrition. Provide care in assisted living environments, including personal hygiene and assistance for individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges such as autism.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Cooking, cleaning, and personal care assistance (eating, dressing, bathing, toileting). Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in stressful situations.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance in some positions.
