Caregiver, Lead and Program Supervisor Roles

Responsibilities

• Assists individuals with personal hygiene.
• Supports individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Helps participants be part of the community and enjoy favorite activities.
• Supports participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors.
• Valid Driver’s license with at least one full year of valid license, registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
