Job summary

SpringBrook Community of Onalaska in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Weekend Resident Assistant to provide compassionate care to our residents on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You will assist with activities of daily living, build meaningful connections with residents and their families, and support the nursing team.

This role pays $18.50–$22 per hour, plus an additional $4 per hour for qualifying weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience or CNA background encouraged.
• Medication technician certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (laundry, bathing, dressing, medication administration).
• Build meaningful connections with residents and their families.
• Respond promptly and with compassion to needs and requests.
• Support the nursing team with delegated tasks as needed.
