Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CNA certification welcomed, but not required.
• Medication Aide/Medication Technician experience is a plus.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, home care, or healthcare.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal care needs.
• Provide medication assistance according to community procedures.
• Support residents during meals and activities.
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment.
• Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns.
• Encourage social engagement and meaningful interactions.
