The Resident Aide will assist residents with activities of daily living and provide companionship and emotional support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and foster genuine relationships with seniors.

No Licenses Or Certifications Required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintaining a clean environment, including light housekeeping.
• Reporting changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.
• Communicating professionally with families, support services, and coworkers.
• Following safety and health standards, including infection control.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience working with the elderly.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Availability every other weekend.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and punctuality.

Schedule

8-hour shifts; every other weekend required.
