SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC invites compassionate individuals to join our in-home care team. As a Caregiver, you will provide companionship, emotional support, and daily living assistance to clients in their own homes, helping maintain independence and dignity.

We offer flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, direct deposit, paid training, overtime/holiday pay, and a supportive work environment. Experience in caregiving is a plus; valid driver’s license may be preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with daily living tasks such as meals, light housekeeping, and personal care
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Help clients maintain independence and dignity
• Build trust with clients and families
• Be punctual and provide reliable care

• $18-$22/hour (based on experience)

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Pass background check
• Reliable transportation
• Be dependable and professional
• Must be willing to work in the Livermore, Tracy, and Modesto areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and insured car
• Caregiving experience (professional, family, HHA, CNA, or medical assistant)
• Experience with seniors or special needs
• Valid BLS CPR Card
• Bilingual is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Be compassionate and adaptable
• Team-oriented and positive
