SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in the Livermore, Tracy, Modesto areas. You’ll help with meals, light housekeeping, personal care, and medication reminders while prioritizing dignity and safety.
