Always Best Care Senior Services - Pleasanton, CA is seeking compassionate Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to join our team across the Pleasanton area. The role includes personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and meal prep, with flexible full-time and part-time shifts and on-the-job training available.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour with daily pay options. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be willing to pass a background

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver preferred, on-the-job training available.
• Must be 18+ with work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred; ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility support).
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and meal prep.
• Provide transportation and companionship to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment for clients.
• Support daily routines with nutrition monitoring and medication reminders.

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to join our team throughout Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, Fremont, Newark, and Union City, CA!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personal care: bathing, toileting, grooming, mobility support
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and meal prep
• Provide transportation and companionship
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
• Support daily routines with nutrition monitoring, medication reminders, and assistance with medication management
• Safety supervision and technology assistance
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:

• Caregiverexperience preferred - but on-the-job training available
• Must be 18 or older with proper work authorization
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License and Auto insurance required
• HHA or CNA certification preferred
• Negative TB test
• Willing to Pass a Background Check
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs, kneel, squat, bend, and meet the physical demands of the role
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and comprehending English
