Job summary

Mountain Glen is seeking dedicated caregivers to establish meaningful relationships with residents, their families and staff, delivering person‑centered care across independent and assisted living settings. You will implement care plans, support daily routines, and blend activities to enrich residents’ lives, working with the wellness team to address needs promptly.

Simply put, as a part of the caregiver team, you will:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff

• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
