Meadow Creek Village in Oregon is seeking a caring Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with residents and understand their personalities and preferences. You’ll assist seniors with life skills, support personal care plans, and help tailor levels of care accordingly.

Responsibilities include establishing trust with residents and families, implementing care plans, and coordinating with the clinical team to address needs promptly while upholding the community’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

• Effective communicator with staff, residents and families.

Job description

As a Caregiver with Meadow Creek Village, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:

$18.50 - $20.50/hour
