Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You will support daily living activities, transportation, personal care, and behavioral guidance to help clients live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Successful clearance of background checks.

Direct Support Professional

This role supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings, working closely with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans. DSPs provide assistance with daily living skills, transportation, personal hygiene, and behavioral redirection, helping clients live independently as possible.

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.90/hr
