Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Opelika, Montgomery is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our home-care team. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with ADLs, monitor client conditions, and collaborate with nurses to implement personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Alabama.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility exercises
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our nurses and healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and their families
