Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Opelika, Montgomery in Alabama is seeking an Experienced Caregiver to join our home-based care team. You will support clients in their homes, focusing on physical, emotional, and social well-being, while building trust with clients and families.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in healthcare, with CNA preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus in a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized home care to clients, focusing on physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and families, promoting open communication.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
