Job summary

Hummingbird Home Care in Mentor, OH is seeking compassionate caregivers for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Earn up to $20/hour (based on experience) plus a $450 hiring bonus.

This small, family-owned company serves the east side of Cleveland with in-home care and a warm, supportive team environment. Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, meal prep, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and ensuring comfortable, dignified care for clients.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation & active car insurance.
• Dependable, compassionate, and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers/lifting).
• Provide care for bed-bound clients.
• Meal preparation.
• Medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments, errands, or outings.
• Companionship and emotional support.

Caregiver – Days, Evenings & Weekends Available!

At least every other weekend.

Schedule Availability

• Daytime shifts available.
• Evening shifts typically 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM (may vary).
• Weekend shifts available (hours vary).
