Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to help seniors and clients stay safe and comfortable at home. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN assignments are available, with pay starting at $17/hour and options for same-day/next-day pay.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plans and policies.
