Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide hands-on care and support to seniors so they can stay safely at home. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available across locations, with pay options and benefits that include insurance and retirement plans.

You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while adhering to care plans and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and daily support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plan.
