Job summary

Interim HealthCare Personal Care and Support is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to deliver in-home care to seniors and clients who want to remain safely at home. Flexible assignments—full-time, part-time, or PRN—allow you to choose schedules and locations that fit your life.

You’ll perform personal care, daily living assistance, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, mobility support, medication reminders, and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of adult caregiving experience or CNA certification.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Ability to work independently & communicate with supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities they enjoy, such as games, puzzles, reading, and hobbies.
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Providing medication reminders and reporting changes in a client's condition to your supervisor.
• Maintaining a safe home environment, including keeping pathways clear and free of hazards.
• Care plan adherence and coordination with supervisor and applicable policies.
