Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers/HHAs to provide quality in-home care for seniors and other clients who want to remain safely at home. Choose full-time, part-time, or PRN assignments with flexible locations and schedules.

Starting pay is $17/hour, with options for same-day/next-day pay, and benefits including health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k)/Roth, and PTO. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of caregiving experience and CNA certification.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience.
• Completion of a CNA course/certificate is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients at home.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities they enjoy.
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Providing medication reminders and reporting changes to the supervisor.
