Frontlinemgmt in Lafayette, CO is hiring a Caregiver to positively impact residents' daily lives under the guidance of our Health & Wellness Director.

You will assist with daily living activities, support safe transfers, and maintain hygiene and infection control while contributing to individualized care plans. The role offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive pay range, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• First Aid and CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing.
• Support residents with stand-by assist transfers.
• Provide quality personal hygiene care to residents.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing supervisor.
• Apply infection control principles consistently during all care activities.
• Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as required.

Schedule: 6am-6pm

About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to positively impact our residents each day. Working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and under the guidance of our Health & Wellness Director, you’ll help ensure residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being while contributing to their overall care plan. You’ll also serve as a positive representative of our facility’s commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing
